② Welding: Automatic double-sided laser welding of the bumpy plate and the frame, pressing, fitting, shaping, and 100% detection of kerosene leakage
③ Electroplating: Acid etching activation process for the firmer bonding of bipolar plates, and constant current nickel plating process for even and stable coating

Prefabrication and automatic

Pipe prefabrication and automatic welding
Prefabrication: Design a highly flexible integrated pipe fixture table to prefabricate pressure pipes with high efficiency, small welding deformation and high precision.
Welding: Special automatic welding machine for pressure pipelines, the welding efficiency is 3 times that of manual work, the production consistency is high, the welds are beautifully formed, and the first pass rate of flaw detection reaches more than 98%.
Traceability: Each weld is assigned a unique welding number, and the welding process information is recorded through the traceability label to trace the entire welding quality process.
Testing: The welds of the pipelines in the separation and purification system are 100% pickled and passivated, and the welds are radiographed in strict accordance with the requirements of GB50184.
