On-site and After-sales Services
1. Party B guarantees that the equipment and materials (including outsourced kits and materials) shall meet the requirements of related regulations, and maintain good quality and stable, safe and reliable operation, of which the quality shall comply with the performance parameters in the technical specifications and the standard specifications for equipment manufacturing, inspection and acceptance, and conform to relevant quality standards and national standards.
2. This warranty period shall continue for a period of one year from the date of acceptance. During this period, if any malfunction or damage to the system and equipment occurs due to non-human factors, Party B shall repair it free of charge, and faulty parts shall be replaced free of charge.
3. During the warranty period, if the equipment fails, Party B shall respond within 2 hours, and send qualified engineers and technicians or technical staff to the equipment site for inspection and repair within 24 hours.
4. At the engineering design stage, Party A shall be responsible for organizing technical briefings between relevant equipment manufacturers and the design institute, and assisting the design institute in completing the design of equipment construction drawings.
5. At the civil construction stage, Party B shall dispatch engineering and technical staff to the site to facilitate the civil construction guidance and ensure the smooth progress of the project according to the technical requirements and design drawings of the equipment.
6. At the equipment delivery stage, Party B shall dispatch service staff to guide the hoisting and positioning of the equipment, and cooperate with the user in preliminary acceptance.
7. At the equipment installation stage, Party B shall dispatch service staff to the site to provide relevant technical support and communication for installation, including technical briefings with the installation and construction staff, installation requirements for on-site equipment interfaces, equipment installation processes, and electrical instructions.
8. At the completion and acceptance stage: Party B shall draft a debugging plan and work schedule before the end of installation. Party B shall be responsible for the system debugging of the supplied equipment and providing debugging reports and acceptance plans. Debugging includes: no-load debugging, motor load debugging, control system debugging, loading operation debugging, etc.
9. At the guaranteed operation stage: after the completion and acceptance, Party B shall provide customers with free guaranteed operation services for one employee for three months according to project needs to ensure that the operating staff are proficient in operating the supplied products and equipment for the safe and reliable operation of the supplied equipment in the initial period.
10. Party B shall provide free technical training and services no less than 3 times in a total period of no less than 36 hours.
Technical Training Program
1. Training Objectives
To enhance Party A's management, technical and operation staff's relevant knowledge on the hydrogen refueling stations to help them grasp the safe operation procedures of the hydrogen refueling stations, master the basic functions and inspections of equipment components, understand the emergency operation of the equipment, and conduct daily maintenance and inspections; and to improve the operation and management level of hydrogen refueling stations, further reduce operating costs, improve the service skills and emergency response capability of professional and technical staff, ensuring that the technical staff of the company are able to handle common problems and emergencies, and ultimately maintain the safe operation of the equipment.
2. Scope of Training
After the contract is entered into, Party B shall send technical staff to the installation site of Party A to facilitate the design and construction teams for exchanges about on-site construction and applied technology, and to train the users of the hydrogen refueling stations at Party B's expense.
3.Training Methods
A combination of class lessons and practical operation, including class lessons at the production base and practical operation training at the installation site of the hydrogen refueling station. Party A organizes the training for relevant staff, supplemented by experience exchanges, Q&A sessions, and provides training materials for better effects of teaching.
4.Training Content
The training content involves:
(1) Training on basic knowledge of hydrogen refueling and hydrogen safety knowledge;
(2) Training on the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the hydrogen refueling system;
(3) Training on operation procedures, specifications and safety of hydrogen refueling;
(4) Training on the operation of instrument operation system;

Technical Services and Training

9) To respond within 24 hours after receiving the buyer's notification requesting technical services, and arrive at the buyer's site 48 hours after receiving the notification requesting on-site services in writing.
10) The seller shall provide technical services free of charge during the warranty period. The warranty period is subject to the provisions of the commercial contract.
11) The seller shall provide the buyer with software upgrade services free of charge during the warranty period.
1.3 After-sales Services
1) We shall respond within 24 hours after receiving the notification and guide the solution for either an issue related to equipment quality or operation failure arising from human factors. In case of a significant failure, we shall send personnel to the site immediately.
2) To provide spare parts of the equipment and manufacturers of such spare parts, and assist in model selection and purchase.
3) To provide users with the latest technology development information and newly developed components so that users can understand the current status of hydrogen production technology development.
4) To provide technical maintenance and repair services free of charge during the warranty period. In case of any maintenance and repair caused by improper use by the user, the cost of the damaged parts shall be charged only.
5) To conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of the equipment as required by the user.
2.Training
1) The seller shall be responsible for providing technical briefings and technical services to the buyer, and for the installation and debugging of the equipment.
2) During the on-site services, the seller shall be responsible for training the user's technical staff and operators, and ensuring that the trained personnel are proficient in the use and maintenance, common troubleshooting and other operations of the equipment.

5) Services in Use
(1) In case of any quality issues occurring in the use of the contractual equipment package, we shall provide the buyer with fast and high-quality services in a timely manner. During the warranty period, we shall provide maintenance services as soon as possible, and repair or replace defective parts free of charge after being notified by the user, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
(2) We shall also provide the following high-quality services:
A Irregular site visiting mechanism.
B Quick response and customer priority mechanism.
c Lifelong technical support mechanism.
d Guaranteed preferential supply mechanism of spare parts.
5) In order to enable the contractual equipment to be installed, debugged, operated, maintained and inspected as scheduled, the seller shall provide the buyer with relevant technical training. The schedule of training shall be in line with the project progress. The seller shall provide the training program and content as follows:
