1.Technical Services

1.1 Design and Technical Services

1) To cooperate with the designers to complete relevant specific design work.

2) To participate in relevant design reviews and project coordination meetings related to the equipment package organized by the buyer.

 

1.2 On-site Services

1) To cooperate with the designers to complete relevant specific design work.

2) To participate in relevant design reviews and project coordination meetings related to the equipment package organized by the buyer.

3) Responsible for on-site installation guidance of supplied equipment.

4) Responsible for the guidance for the first start-up and commissioning of the equipment package.

5) To solve malfunctions occurring during the production operation on site at the request of the buyer after the equipment is delivered, regularly or irregularly.

6) Responsible for providing comprehensive technical training to the buyer's process technicians and operators, ensuring that their levels meet the needs of normal production and maintenance.

7) Responsible for providing comprehensive technical training to the buyer's equipment maintenance staff.

8) Responsible for contacting the buyer's technical staff for inspection and internship sites.

9) To respond within 24 hours after receiving the buyer's notification requesting technical services, and arrive at the buyer's site 48 hours after receiving the notification requesting on-site services in writing.

10) The seller shall provide technical services free of charge during the warranty period. The warranty period is subject to the provisions of the commercial contract.

11) The seller shall provide the buyer with software upgrade services free of charge during the warranty period

 

1.3 After-sales Services

1) We shall respond within 24 hours after receiving the notification and guide the solution for either an issue related to equipment quality or operation failure arising from human factors. In case of a significant failure, we shall send personnel to the site immediately.

2) To provide spare parts of the equipment and manufacturers of such spare parts, and assist in model selection and purchase.

3) To provide users with the latest technology development information and newly developed components so that users can understand the current status of hydrogen production technology development.

4) To provide technical maintenance and repair services free of charge during the warranty period. In case of any maintenance and repair caused by improper use by the user, the cost of the damaged parts shall be charged only.

5) To conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of the equipment as required by the user.

 

2.Training

1) The seller shall be responsible for providing technical briefings and technical services to the buyer, and for the installation and debugging of the equipment.

2) During the on-site services, the seller shall be responsible for training the user's technical staff and operators, and ensuring that the trained personnel are proficient in the use and maintenance, common troubleshooting and other operations of the equipment.

Debugging process

   

2.1

Equipment inspection

 

To check if there is any error of all process pipelines, nozzle interfaces, etc.

 

2.2

Air tightness inspection

To fill it with pure water to the normal liquid level and nitrogen to 2.5 Mpa.

To keep the pressure for 24 hours and check if the leakage meets the requirements.

 

2.3

Wiring inspection

To check if the wiring terminals are correct according to the diagram.

 

2.4

Start-up with dilute alkali

To prepare dilute alkali and fill the electrolyzer with it, paying attention to the liquid level.

To start the rectifier cabinet, input low current, and check if the control equipment runs normally.

To have the equipment to run for 24 hours with a higher current according to the situation (for the dilute alkali current cannot reach full load)

 

2.5

To discharge dilute alkali

To discharge all the dilute alkali in the framework from the equipment

 

2.6

Official start-up

Same as the Step 2.4 above (Note: The alkali concentration shall be higher than before.)

 

 

5) Services in Use

(1) In case of any quality issues occurring in the use of the contractual equipment package, we shall provide the buyer with fast and high-quality services in a timely manner. During the warranty period, we shall provide maintenance services as soon as possible, and repair or replace defective parts free of charge after being notified by the user, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

 

(2) We shall also provide the following high-quality services:

  • A Irregular site visiting mechanism.
  • B Quick response and customer priority mechanism.
  • c Lifelong technical support mechanism.
  • d Guaranteed preferential supply mechanism of spare parts.

 

 

(3)In order to enable the contractual equipment to be installed, debugged, operated, maintained and inspected as scheduled, the seller shall provide the buyer with relevant technical training. The schedule of training shall be in line with the project progress. The seller shall provide the training program and content as follows:
