The 20MW-class all-in-one electrolyzer testing platform has been built and put into operation, which integrates performance testing, control optimization, reliability verification and other functions, passed HAZOP, SIL and QRA safety assessments and lightning protection tests. Advantages of skid-mounted compressor equipment

The emergence of skid-mounted compressor equipment is not accidental. Compared with non-skid-mounted compressor equipment, skid-mounted compressors have obvious advantages:
(1) Easy to install: Since the skid-mounted compressor is installed on a public base, the production and assembly of the equipment are completed in the factory. The assembly process and level can be guaranteed, avoiding the possibility of misinstallation at the user site, and is more conducive to Stable operation of the unit. At the same time, the user's on-site installation workload is very small, and the installation work can be completed by just docking the pipes and external electrical connections; skid-mounted compressors mostly use steel structures to make public bases. Most of the bases of steel structures have regular shapes and high flatness on the bottom. The anchor bolts are evenly arranged and of the same type, so the amount of on-site foundation design and construction installation is very small. Since the functional components are integrated into an overall base, the workload of hoisting and moving is also very small.


(2) Easy to move and replace: The bottom surface of the skid-mounted compressor is flat, the anchor bolts are evenly arranged, and the foundation design and construction is simple, so it can be easily moved. When process parameters change or the compressor unit needs to be replaced as a whole, the flat bottom surface and uniform foot arrangement make it easier for the new equipment to meet the existing site conditions and infrastructure.

 

(3) Compact design and small footprint: Since the skid-mounted compressor unit is assembled with pipelines and accessories in the factory, designers and assemblers can communicate better and more directly, which can facilitate the layout of each component and the operation of valve switches. The space and monitoring position of the instruments are more reasonable and more suitable for on-site workers' operations. The installation space is also more compact. The skid-mounted installation method occupies a significantly smaller area than the traditional installation method.
