The independently developed compressor control system program, specifically tailored for the regulation of hydraulic compressors, is capable of adaptive adjustments to the isobaric process across all operational scenarios. This program utilizes the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of system data to offer comprehensive management throughout the entire lifespan of the equipment, including online monitoring, fault diagnosis/warning, predictive maintenance, and other functions.

1.Leveraging our expertise in large-scale hydrogen production from renewable sources, we've developed cutting-edge hydrogen production equipment with a capacity of 1,000 Nm³/h. Our all-in-one system, composed of four such units, incorporates high-performance materials and CAE simulation for optimal flow field design. In 2023, we secured a contract for Jilin Electric Power's Da'an Wind and Solar Green Hydrogen Synthesis Ammonia Project, supplying two all-in-one systems as key enablers.

2.We excel in independently developing and manufacturing BOP systems. Our R&D and design efforts, grounded in chemical engineering calculations, focus on ease of installation, reliability, safety, and shortened installation time. This ensures adaptability to fluctuating operating power during hydrogen production. We've completed the development and experimental verification of separation and purification systems ranging from 100 to 6,000 Nm³/h, successfully applied in multiple projects. Customized BOP system services are also available to cater to specific customer needs.

3.We've operationalized a 20MW-class all-in-one electrolyzer testing platform, encompassing performance testing, control optimization, and reliability verification. It's cleared HAZOP, SIL, QRA, and lightning protection risk assessments. This platform fully caters to alkaline electrolyzer and BOP system tests, running thousands of hours, supporting electrolyzer, BOP system, and auxiliary equipment verification and upgrades.

4.Leveraging SANY Group's intelligent manufacturing and quality assurance expertise, we've established automated 2GW electrolyzer production lines, achieving breakthroughs in automatic feeding, argon arc welding, resistance welding, pipe prefabrication, and high-precision stacking. This significantly enhances hydrogen equipment quality. We've also developed a comprehensive manufacturing process standard guidance system to ensure regulatory compliance.
