The catalog of E-series Circular Electrolyzers covers the hydrogen production capacity of 3-2000 Nm3/h per electrolyzer, and supports the structure model of the all-in-one hydrogen production system, which allows more possibilities for the continuous upgrading of alkaline electrolysis technology and its application methods in the future.

1. High stability
We have selected electrodes with high activity and high stability in the industry to ensure low energy consumption and durable service life of the electrolyzer;
We have selected membranes with high airtightness and low surface resistance in the industry have been selected to ensure the purity of gas under conditions of low energy consumption and low power of the electrolyzer;
Based on the electrochemical emulation model, we have adopted DOE methodology to analyze the uniformity of the flow/temperature field of the electrolyzer and guide the optimization of the electrolyzer structure;
We have built the world's largest equipment testing platform that is capable of tests for one 3-2000 Nm3/h single electrolyzer and one hydrogen production system made up of four 1000 Nm3/h electrolyzers, which can provide data support for rapid verification and iterative upgrading of multiple models of electrolyzers, BOP and auxiliary equipment;
Relying on the manufacturing system of SANY, we implement high-standard control over the plate manufacturing process and develop high-precision electrolyzer assembly processes to improve product quality.
