1. Pressure vessel inspection
All pressure vessels are in line with the "fixed pressure vessel safety technology inspection regulations" requirements, and by the provincial Institute of Special Equipment Safety Inspection and Inspection through certification.
2. Pressure pipeline welding
Non-destructive testing of pipeline welds of the separation and purification system in strict accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Piping Design Code GB/T20801.

Scope of Application

Advantages of the All-in-One Separation and Purification System
BOP ontology economy: conventional configuration of the gas-liquid processor using the four-to-one programme can reduce the gas-liquid processor equipment investment by 30%.
Reduced investment in hot standby system: multiple electrolysis tanks share a set of gas-liquid separation tanks, only one of the four electrolysis tanks needs to start the hot standby power supply to ensure that the whole system is hot standby, and there is room for optimising the use of waste heat for hot standby in the future.
Fast start-up: automatically regulates the heat transfer between the running and standby tanks, reducing cooling water consumption while ensuring that the standby tank is at the optimum standby tank temperature.
