1.Hydrogen production 1000Nm³/h

The hydrogen production capacity of this square AWE equipment is up to 1000Nm3/h per cell. The huge production capacity not only meets the high demand for hydrogen energy of some application scenarios, but also promotes the development of large-scale hydrogen energy industry.

 

2. DC power consumption: 4.1~4.3 kWh/Nm³

Efficient energy conversion is one of the critical indicators to measure the quality of alkaline water electrolyzers. The DC power consumption of this electrolyzer is controlled at 4.1-4.3 kWh/Nm³, realizing efficient use of energy, effectively reducing the energy cost of hydrogen production, and meeting the concept of sustainable development of clean energy.

 

3. The purity of hydrogen before purification is more than 99.8%

This square AWE equipment can make sure that the purity of hydrogen before purification is more than 99.8%, ensuring that the quality of hydrogen meets a wide range of application standards.

 

4. After purification, the purity of hydrogen is more than 99.999%

Through advanced purification technology, the electrolyzer can realize the hydrogen purity of more than 99.999% after purification, which can be widely used in fuel cells, power and other fields, helping to promote clean energy.

 

5. Working pressure: 0.5MPa

The working pressure of this square AWE equipment is 0.5 MPa, which is a breakthrough in technology that increases the pressure at the outlet of the electrolyzer, not only ensuring the safe operation of the equipment, but also adapting to a variety of hydrogen application scenarios, so that the application fields of hydrogen is expanded.

 

6. Working temperature: 85±5℃

This AWE equipment has a wide power fluctuation range and can operate stably under power fluctuation conditions of 10% to 120%, making it adaptable to different power supply conditions and improving the robustness of the equipment.

 

8. Cold start time ≤ 35min, hot start time ≤ 5min
