At the SANY Hydrogen Energy Innovation and Application Development Forum, a number of academic and industrial experts discussed the future potential and innovation with respect to the field of hydrogen energy. At the Forum, SANY Hydrogen Energy demonstrated its latest achievements in hydrogen energy technology, especially its progress in cost analysis of AWE technology. Analysis shows that the circular electrolyzer is superior in terms of the cost when less than 500MW need to be produced, and the square electrolyzer is more favorable in terms of the cost-of-ownership (TCO) when more than 500MW need to be produced. According to SANY Hydrogen Energy, it will promote the complementary integration of technologies of the square and circular electrolyzers, aiming for five major development objectives including "high electrical density", "large scale", "wide power fluctuation", "module-oriented design" and "intelligentization".
