■ We have the advantage in the large-scale hydrogen production from wind, solar and green power. To meet the demand for new scenario of large-scale hydrogen production from wind, solar and green power, we have developed the hydrogen production equipment with a capacity of 1,000 Nm³/h and the all-in-one hydrogen production system made up of four 1,000 Nm³/h units by selecting core materials such as highly active and stable electrodes, membranes with high air tightness and low surface resistance, modified PTFE sealing gaskets, and using CAE simulation for the analysis and optimization of the flow field structure of the electrolyzer, of which the key parameters rank top in China. In 2023, we won a bid for Da'an Wind and Solar Green Hydrogen Synthesis Ammonia Integration Demonstration Project of Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd., which involved two all-in-one hydrogen production systems made up of four 1,000 Nm³/h units each, as a significant supporting force for the operation of the Project.
■ We have the advantage in independently developed and manufactured BOP systems. We conduct the R&D and design of BOP system on the basis of chemical engineering calculation data, which aims for easy installation, reliable operation, safe work, and a shorter period of installation, to ensure that the BOP system is highly adaptable to fluctuating operating power during the hydrogen production. The development and experimental verification of 100 to 6,000 Nm³/h separation and purification systems are completed, which are applied in a number of market projects. Customized BOP system services are available to meet the specific needs of customers.
■ We have built and put into operation a 20MW-class all-in-one electrolyzer testing platform covering performance testing, control optimization, reliability verification and other functions, which has passed HAZOP, SIL, QRA and other safety assessments and lightning protection risk assessment. This platform can fully meet the needs for comprehensive tests of alkaline electrolyzers and BOP systems, which has run for thousands of hours in total, providing important data support for the prompt verification and iterative upgrading of electrolyzers, BOP systems and auxiliary equipment products.
■ We have the advantage in intelligent manufacturing of large-scale equipment. Relying on the advantages of SANY Group in intelligent manufacturing and quality assurance systems, we have built automated production lines for 2GW electrolyzers, being the first to make a breakthrough in the core processes of automatic feeding, automatic argon arc welding, automatic resistance welding, pipe prefabrication and high-precision stacking, which has significantly improved the manufacturing quality of hydrogen equipment. We have established a comprehensive manufacturing process standard guidance system covering the entire process of hydrogen equipment manufacturing to ensure that the process meets the regulatory requirements.
