We aim to develop tailored equipment packages for fixed and skid-mounted hydrogen refueling stations, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
Firstly, our fixed hydrogen refueling stations are equipped with unloading, pressurization, storage, and cooling units designed for remote dispensing. We also offer monitoring of key equipment status, along with cloud computing and big data analysis capabilities, ensuring a higher efficiency and utilization rate.
Secondly, our skid-mounted hydrogen refueling stations integrate hydrogen refueling, cooling, metering, and digital control. With the equipment manufacturing, testing, and commissioning processes completed in the factory, these stations can be easily and efficiently installed within a short period.
Lastly, both our fixed and skid-mounted hydrogen refueling stations are available for customization and assembly based on customers' specific requirements. They are also compatible with diaphragm or liquid-driven compressors, providing flexibility and adaptability to meet a wide range of applications.
Technical specifications
1. Liquid driven compressor
Powerful displacement: The excellent performance of this compressor is reflected in its powerful displacement, reaching 1000Nm³/H@12.5MPa provides sufficient power support for the hydrogenation process.
High pressure output: The exhaust pressure can reach up to 45MPa, making it excellent in high-pressure processes such as hydrogenation, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the production process.
Wide range adaptability: The inlet pressure range is wide, from 2MPa to 20MPa, which can be applied to different working conditions and has excellent flexibility.
Excellent temperature control: The maximum exhaust temperature does not exceed 120 ℃, and after cooling, the exhaust temperature is even lower than 40 ℃, effectively ensuring the stability of the equipment during long-term operation.
Equipment reliability
Long sealing life: The equipment adopts advanced sealing technology to ensure a sealing life of over 2000 hours, greatly reducing maintenance frequency and production downtime, and improving the overall reliability of the equipment.
Efficient motor drive: The main motor power is 110kW, providing strong driving force for equipment, ensuring efficient and stable operation, and reducing energy consumption costs.
Low noise design: The equipment noise is controlled below 80dB (A), taking into account the high sensitivity of modern industrial environments to noise, ensuring a safe working environment for operators.

Scope of Application
Refueling for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles: Used to charge hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in order to support the promotion of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and provide a clean energy alternative for the transportation sector.
Hydrogen energy storage: Used for the storage and distribution of hydrogen. By converting electrical energy into hydrogen for storage, which can be released for power generation or other applications when needed, as a renewable energy alternative for the energy storage system.
Industrial applications of hydrogen: Providing high-purity hydrogen to industrial users to meet the needs of industrial applications of hydrogen.
