1. Liquid driven compressor

■ For the compressor, the oil cylinder is separated from the gas cylinder, of which the oil-free lubrication is used for the piston, preventing the compressed medium from being contaminated during the compression process. Multi-seal is used for the gas and oil chambers in a special form of oil-gas isolation chambers to completely separate oil and gas. This structure of oil-gas isolation chambers ensures that hydrogen will not be exposed to oil even in case of any damage to the sealing ring, which further maintains the gas purity at the outlet. No lubrication system is needed for this compressor without components such as crankshafts and connecting rods.

 

■ Hydraulic piston compressors have a low linear speed and switching frequency. In contrast to other types of reciprocating compressors, hydraulic piston compressors have extremely low reciprocating frequency and piston linear speed, ensuring prolonged service life the sealing and valves.

 

■ The gas cylinder piston of the compressor is driven by a hydraulic system with less vibrations and low noise, in which the motor drives the high-pressure oil pump and then the compression cylinder under stable loading and operating conditions, extending the service life of the compression cylinder and motor.

 

Powerful displacement: The excellent performance of this compressor is reflected in its powerful displacement, reaching 1000Nm³/H@12.5MPa provides sufficient power support for the hydrogenation process.
High pressure output: The exhaust pressure can reach up to 45MPa, making it excellent in high-pressure processes such as hydrogenation, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the production process.
Wide range adaptability: The inlet pressure range is wide, from 2MPa to 20MPa, which can be applied to different working conditions and has excellent flexibility.
Excellent temperature control: The maximum exhaust temperature does not exceed 120 ℃, and after cooling, the exhaust temperature is even lower than 40 ℃, effectively ensuring the stability of the equipment during long-term operation.

2. Compressor skids

Module-based design: Modules are separated for the hydraulic system, compression system, heat exchange system, and pipeline system in the structure for easy operation and maintenance.

Safety and reliability: The electrical components within skids are explosion-proof with a reliable electrostatic grounding system. Full-lift safety valves are used to prevent the equipment from overpressure. A gas detector is inserted in the skids which are connected to the ESD system of the compressor to automatically shut down and cut off the gas inlet in an emergency.

Highly automatic design: The PLC fully automatic control system is adopted for the control of the compressor. The control panel can show and check the operating status of the compressor with alarm and automatic diagnosis features. One-click start, fault warning/diagnosis and other features are available.

Full water-cooling system: It supports more efficient heat exchange, lower exhaust temperature, and lower operating temperature.

The explosion-proof certification has been attained for the entire equipment as required by the regulations of the region where the user is located.

3. Hydrogen dispenser

Fully automatic control: one-click operation available for hydrogen refueling with leakage detection, alarm and shutdown features. When it comes to the set pressure of 35 MPa/70 MPa during refueling, it stops automatically to maintain safety at the underlying level.

Wide flow range: The flow range of the hydrogen dispenser is 0-5.0 kg/min, which can meet the demand for hydrogen refueling in different applications from small-scale in laboratories to large-scale use in industrial cases.

High-precision measurement: The measurement fault of only ±1.5% and the measurement repeatability of up to 0.5% ensure the accurate measurement and pricing of hydrogen refueling.

Safety and explosion-proof design: The explosion-proof level of the equipment is certified as Ex d e ib mb llC T4Gb, which ensures that the equipment can run in a safe and stable environment as a trustworthy safety guarantee for the refueling process.

4. Sequence control panel

Module-based design: The overall pipeline structure is module-based, which is easy for staff to repair and maintain.

Efficient program control design: Automatic refueling/storage are available with multiple nozzles to refuel the hydrogen-fueled vehicles at the same time.

Safe and reliable design: The hydrogen pipes are connected by Autoclave fittings (C&T fittings) or NPT fittings. Electrical components meet the explosion-proof requirements.

Adaptable to various conditions: The sequence control panel can work well under various environmental conditions, of which the operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 50°C, making it adaptable to various operating conditions.

5. Discharging column

Sophisticated pipeline design: The entire pipeline is arranged following a clear flow process made up of primary and secondary sections. The primary section (for hydrogen) and secondary section (for nitrogen purging used in the replacement reactions) are easy to identify, which can effectively improve the accuracy and safety of operations and reduce misoperation.

Safe and reliable design: The gas for instruments and purging are isolated. Full-lift safety valves are used. The pipeline is designed with an automatic leak detection feature.

Precise measurement repeatability: The measurement repeatability of the discharging column is 0.5%. Precise measurement control ensures accurate and stable discharging.

High filtration precision: High-efficiency filters of 5μm can remove other impurities from hydrogen and improve the purity of hydrogen.

The hydrogen refueling station is a site specializing in refilling the hydrogen storage cylinders of FCEVs, hydrogen-fueled internal combustion engine vehicles, or hydrogen and natural gas hybrid vehicles with hydrogen fuel. In the hydrogen refueling station, pressurized hydrogen from different sources is stored in high-pressure cylinders in the station, which will be used to refill FCEVs with hydrogen through a hydrogen dispenser. The hydrogen refueling station is significant infrastructure for the commercialization of hydrogen fuel cells, involving core equipment such as hydrogen compressors, hydrogen storage cylinders, hydrogen dispensers, etc.

For the process technology of the hydrogen refueling station, the compressor plays an important role. Compressors, hydrogen storage cylinders and hydrogen dispensers constitute the three core equipment of the hydrogen refueling station, of which the performance parameters directly determine the overall refueling capacity and hydrogen storage capacity of the station.

 

The hydrogen storage cylinder is one of the core equipment of the hydrogen refueling station, which determines the hydrogen supply capacity of the hydrogen refueling station to a great extent. In the hydrogen refueling station, hydrogen is usually stored in the cylinders under three levels of pressure: low-pressure (20~30 MPa), medium-pressure (30~40 MPa), and high-pressure (40~75 MPa). Under some circumstances, the tube trailer (10~20 MPa) is to store the hydrogen at the first stage, forming a 4-level gas storage system of the hydrogen refueling station with the storage cylinders.
