1.Fixed hydrogen refueling station: Equipped with unloading, pressurization, storage and cooling units for remote dispensing, monitoring of key equipment status, cloud computing and big data analysis with higher efficiency and utilization rate.

2.Skid-mounted hydrogen refueling station: Integrating hydrogen refueling, cooling, metering, and digital control. With the equipment manufacturing, testing, commissioning and other processes completed in the factory, it is easy and efficient to build the station in a short period.

1. Liquid driven compressor

Powerful displacement: The excellent performance of this compressor is reflected in its powerful displacement, reaching 1000Nm³/H@12.5MPa provides sufficient power support for the hydrogenation process.
High pressure output: The exhaust pressure can reach up to 45MPa, making it excellent in high-pressure processes such as hydrogenation, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the production process.
Wide range adaptability: The inlet pressure range is wide, from 2MPa to 20MPa, which can be applied to different working conditions and has excellent flexibility.
Excellent temperature control: The maximum exhaust temperature does not exceed 120 ℃, and after cooling, the exhaust temperature is even lower than 40 ℃, effectively ensuring the stability of the equipment during long-term operation.

Equipment reliability

  • Long sealing life: The equipment adopts advanced sealing technology to ensure a sealing life of over 2000 hours, greatly reducing maintenance frequency and production downtime, and improving the overall reliability of the equipment.

Refueling for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles: Used to charge hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in order to support the promotion of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and provide a clean energy alternative for the transportation sector.

Hydrogen energy storage: Used for the storage and distribution of hydrogen. By converting electrical energy into hydrogen for storage, which can be released for power generation or other applications when needed, as a renewable energy alternative for the energy storage system.

Industrial applications of hydrogen: Providing high-purity hydrogen to industrial users to meet the needs of industrial applications of hydrogen.

5. Construction: facilities of the station

① Hydrogen production system equipment includes alkaline electrolyzer, hydrogen production (gas-liquid processor) stacks, hydrogen purification equipment including hydrogen separator, oxygen separator, hydrogen cooler, oxygen cooler, and alkali pipeline filter, alkali heat exchanger, alkali circulation pump (one for operation and one for standby), deoxidizer, dryer, flame arrester, all necessary valves, instruments (flowmeter, thermometer, pressure gauge, etc.), pipelines, frame and sampling ports for analysis system and fittings (including fasteners and gaskets) for inlet and outlet.

② Hydrogen refueling system equipment includes 1.6 MPa 10 m3 hydrogen buffer tank, 20 MPa compressor and associated coolers, 20 MPa 21 m3 hydrogen storage cylinders, 45 MPa compressor skid and associated coolers, 35 MPa dual-nozzle single-metering hydrogen dispenser and associated coolers (with heat exchanger), 45 MPa 12 m3 hydrogen storage cylinders, discharging column, sequence control panel, nitrogen purging/instrument air valves, diffusion system, pipeline system, control system and other associated facilities.
