Hydrogen production station process flow

Industrial soft water is produced from pure water through a pure water device and sent to the raw material water tank. It is then fed into the alkali system through a replenishing pump to replenish the water consumed by electrolysis. The water in the electrolyzer is decomposed into H2 and O2 under the action of direct current, and enters the hydrogen and oxygen separation scrubbers in the frame together with the circulating electrolyte for gas-liquid separation, washing, and cooling. After the separated electrolyte is mixed with the supplemented pure water, it is sent back to the electrolytic tank for circulation through the alkali cooler, alkali circulation pump, and filter for electrolysis. Adjust the cooling water flow of the alkali cooler and control the temperature of the return alkali solution to control the operating temperature of the electrolyzer to ensure safe operation of the system. The separated hydrogen is output controlled by a regulating valve.
The hydrogen purification device uses molecular sieve adsorbent for temperature swing adsorption to dry and purify the gas.
The system is controlled by PLC program and runs fully automatically (that is, unattended). Specifically, it can be divided into operator station and engineer station. The operator station is responsible for on-site equipment monitoring and operation, and the engineer station completes the monitoring and operation of the entire system, and timely modifications to parameters and alarm printing and analysis. The device has automatic shutdown, automatic detection and control functions, various levels of alarms, interlocking and other control functions, and can adjust its operating status according to the pressure of the hydrogen storage tank. The control system adopts the latest international full Chinese human-machine interface, with flow charts, trend charts, bar graphs, production reports, historical alarm status and other screens.
