Performance by the numbers
Hydrogen production capacity: The scale of hydrogen production of single unit is up to 3000Nm³/h, which can easily meet the demand of large-scale hydrogen energy.
Operation density and energy consumption: low energy consumption and high output, the operation density is leading in the industry, up to 12000A/m². At 2500A/m², the energy consumption is as low as 3.95kWh/Nm³.At 10,000A/m², the energy consumption is only 4.5kWh/Nm³.
Load range: Wide power fluctuation range from 5% to 120%, comparable to the scenery applicability of PEM electrolyzer.
Stability: Modularized design and pre-assembled plug-in maintenance ensures long-term stable operation with more than 8,000 hours of annual working hours.
Operation with pressure: working pressure of 0.5MPa, enhancing the adaptability of the system scenario and reducing the need for secondary pressurization.
Disassembly and maintenance: single small chamber replacement can be realized within 2 hours, and tank maintenance downtime can be restarted within 36 hours.
Current efficiency: low stray current, current efficiency over 95%.
