SANY Hydrogen Energy Beijing R&D Testing Center
SANY Hydrogen Energy Beijing R&D Testing Center, operational since April 2023, spans 500 m2 and invested nearly RMB 6 million. Center prioritizes hydrogen production via water electrolysis, supporting SANY's electrolyzer advancements. With industry experts and a team of doctoral/master's researchers, it boasts robust R&D capabilities. Center also boasts two cutting-edge platforms for AWE and PEM hydrogen production equipment components.
The platforms feature diverse advanced R&D, testing, and small-batch production equipment, including a self-developed electrode/membrane testing platform, PEM test bench, ICP-OES, fluorescence analyzer, electrochemical workstation, small-scale electrolyzers, plasma spraying, and sandblasting tools. These enable the development of core components, system testing, scale-up, small-batch trials, and collaborative emulation, comprehensively addressing hydrogen production by water electrolysis. Additionally, we've independently designed the industry's only testing platform for electrodes and membranes, addressing the lack of standards and fluctuations in conventional testing. Through extensive R&D and establishing system testing methods, we've solved complex testing issues and achieved multi-dimensional performance assessments, ensuring the advancement and stability of critical components.
