Sany Hydrogen supplied 8 sets of electrolysis tank equipment and supporting separation and purification system to Daan project, including 8 sets of 1,000Nm³/h electrolysis tanks, 2 sets of 4,000Nm³/h gas-liquid separation system, 2 sets of 4,000Nm³/h hydrogen purification system, 1 set of 8,000 standard cubic metres of water injection and alkali injection facilities and other products.
With the help of Sany Hydrogen's 20MW hydrogen production equipment overall test platform, the 4,000-bid square four-in-one hydrogen production equipment has been successfully run for more than 1,500 hours, completing the single machine to dual machine, four machine start-stop test, taking into account multiple scenarios; completing the wind and light fluctuation test, the liquid level fluctuation difference has reached the industry's advanced level, and the system stability is good; grasping the multi-combined operation experience and the optimal parameters, and exporting multi-combined test standards for the industry, effectively supporting the product iteration and optimisation innovation.
